Well, it's official. Earlier this month, I became a fan of Markiplier.

For the most part, I tend to be indifferent to most Let's-Players - don't love 'em, don't hate 'em; I just let them be and don't have an opinion either way.

Then I actually sat and watched some of Mark's videos, and not just the gaming ones. When I watched his Draw My Life, I was sold. He enjoys what he does, he's genuinely funny, but what I like best is that there's a realness about him. He's not just in a soundproof room playing video games for my entertainment; he's very much aware that he has an audience. Mark is very grateful for the fans that he has, and he makes it a point to stay in touch with them. Not just that - he tries to make his fans a part of his life, and I admire that.

Good on ya, Mark. You do you, man, because you are awesome.
